Touching People

1. What do you think about this project and photo essay?I think that this would be a good idea too do with people that are comfortable and willing to do this.

2. What would you do if someone approached you with a camera and asked you to participate in a photo shoot and then asked you to touch a stranger?I probley would stand next too but i wouldnt want their arm or anything by me with touching them. i'd feel very uncomfortable.

3. Think of an unusual photo shoot similar to this one that you think would be fun to go and shoot.
Going up too someones table at lunch or etc, or in the hallway and take a picture with a passing person.

4. Finally, tell me what you thought of the photography, did the photographer think about the rules of photography that you know about? What types of photos did he take?
In a way i do think i see simplicity and rule of thirds in some photos, i also think that the photography was focused on the main characters.
1. Describe one photo that you agree with the judges on. Explain why you and the judges do or do not like it.I agree with the boxing photo because it shows detail of the man in the back and focused on the boxer. The judges like the photo because it was showing the referee in the back and it looked like he was thinking while the man was fighting.

2. Describe one photo that you do NOT agree with the judges on. Explain why you think the judges are wrong.A photo i dont agree with is the one with the hockey stick because it gives detail and shows but i dont think that it shows that much detail.

So if you are done with all of that - you can move on to today's assignment.

Carlos also didn't like that the people in the firefighter photo were looking straight at the photo.
List two things the judges like-Focus of the photo, Point of view
What is your overall impression? What did you like or not like?My overall impression is that they should have not used black and white photos and they also should have backed up on the photo and took a couple of steps back and tooken the photo so that it had full details.

Earthquake Warmup

When i seen this photo it made me feel sad, because i know that i wouldn't like to be in this situation looking for family or friend. I don't neither like seeing this people having to build a casket and have too look for someone they love cause it hurts too see that.
When i first seen this photo of this women in this office it looks like i felt bad because she is crying and looking over some notes that were left by people during the tsunami and earthquake and the notes were left too whom ever the survivors were that would live the next day after too see the notes. I feel hurt and sorrow when i see this photo.
When i seen this photo at first i notice that there are large stones, and they look very heavy and i notice also that there is a hand of a victim that unfortunately did not make it through this picture makes me feel sad and wanting to cry knowing that this person was swing around in the water and earthquake and squished by large stones.
