Magazine Covers

Cover types
1. Early Magazine Covers- Some magazines had the title and table of contents, also other magazines would use the same as a book cover. Magazines had fewer photos and more words, some also had more photos and less words in the mid 1700's.
2. The Poster Cover- Many of these magazines that were made during the 1890's to 1960's had memorable covers. The magazines looked as if they were printed and framed onto the wall. Many during 1890 and 1940 didn't relate about the the story inside.
3. Pictures Married to Type-  The photos contained a large title that had the models face overlapping the words sometimes, also had a full body photo, and also had cover lines. Some photos had the words overlapping the photo and bolder lines. In late 1972 the words on the magazine could be underlined in three different colors. In the 80's new software allowed to photo publish and font creation.
4. In the Forest of Words- In the 21 century cover lines came important to the photograph, covers started to reflect culture, advertising, competing values, web-surfing.

Happy, Akins, Building photos

This photo above has to deal with Akins because it had the eagles on both sides, and also has one of Akins academy's that Akins provides to students too be in. I think i did good at the photo because i tried my best at just taking the photo with just the eagles and the wall into the photo and not getting unnecessary stuff into the photo.

The photo above represents Building, because it was tooken in the front office of Akins building and structure of the front windows. I think i did very well at the photo because i made it  symmetry on both sides, and the light was coming into the window.

The photo above represents Happy, because it is a photo of an Akins Student Smiling which symbolizes happiness.
